A closer look

I am developing labels to put around dictionary's, cd's, journal's and letter writing sets, to name just a few, that will compare each object to it's online equivalent and remind people that these things still exist and are in the real world. This is how I will advertise an internet detox with more information online- after all the internet is without doubt the best way to communicate with the world!

Work in progress

This is the start of my anti- internet campaign. We now live in a world where we can do everything online. We don't have to go to the supermarket, the bank, the library, HMV, we don't even have to talk to our friends any more if we don't want to. Because of this we have less of a sense of community in our local areas, shops are closing down in our local high streets and we have hundreds of acquaintances and very few friends. I want to encourage people to re- connect with the world around them again. The internet is great, it has it's benefits but what's wrong with living in the real world?
